In 1972, starting as a laborer in my father's remodeling company, I attained journeyman status in cement work and rough and finish carpentry.  My strong background in the construction trades has enabled me to be a knowledgeable and effective construction manager and contractor.  I have been a licensed contractor since 1979.

Over the years, I have completed all kinds of residential construction projects including room additions, 2nd story additions, kitchen and bath remodels, various interior remodels and even new homes from the ground up.

Because of my experience (and duration) in home remodeling, I am especially capable in working on older vintage homes.  I have experience with restoring old windows, doors, cabinets, plaster and mill work.  I feel that maintaining the original integrity of older homes is of primary importance.
